Taught the following courses in the Post Graduate, Doctoral
and Management Development Programmes:
Management
Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Simulation, Computer Systems Design,
DBMS (introduced the course in MBA), Decision Support Systems (introduced the
course in MBA), Planning
and Implementing Information Technology Strategy in Organisations
(introduced the course in MBA) and Internet
Marketing and Electronic Commerce (introduced the course in MBA with 2
other instructors). Currently teaching a half credit course on Deploying ICTs for development to the Agri-Business MBA students at IIMA.
Taught
a full credit course on MIS for an international program in Public Health run
by University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill at IIHMR, Jaipur.
Designed
and taught (1995-2000) a module on Information Systems in Government to the
Indian Administrative Service Probationers at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy
in Mussoorie
Coordinated the following Management Development Programs:
Written
20 cases and technical notes registered by Case Unit of IIM, Ahmedabad on
topics such as MIS Framework, Computer Application, File Design, DBMS, Computer
Graphics, Simulation, Systems Design, WEB Advertising and IT Strategy.
Developed a
module on MIS for the Distance Learning Programme of IGNOU (Indira Gandhi
National Open University). Developed (scripted and directed) 9 video films
(25-30 minutes each) on topics such as: MIS, Introduction to computers,
computer in rural development, etc. for use by IGNOU and the Government of
Madhya Pradesh.
