IIMA has a world class faculty which consists of accomplished industry professionals and renowned academics. The Faculty Interaction Cell promotes interaction between them and students outside the limited scope of the classroom. The Cell regular organizes events such as teacher-student dinners, cricket matches, nature walks and discussions on general topics so that the lines between the teacher and the taught get blurred leading to a symbiotic exchange of thoughts and ideas. These activities ensure that professors remember the students not just as a prolific CP maker but also as a singer, quizzer or cricketer and the students remember professors not just for the gyan they gave in class but also for the little gems about life that they shared with you over a cup of coffee or the high-five after you took a catch of his bowling.
