The Entrepreneurship Club is the port of call for all those inspired by Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream” speech. The club was set-up to act as an incubator for budding entrepreneurs, those indefatigable souls who work out of garages and harbour ambitions of building their own corporate empires. Fortunately, with Entre around they can benefit from the guidance and experience of those who have walked this path before them.
The club promotes student initiative in business and also arranges for interactions with successful entrepreneurs who can pass on winning tips to others eager to emulate them.
The club also organises IdeaZ, its annual entrepreneurship workshop which has been graced by prominent personalities such as Dr. R A Mashelkar, Director of CSIR, Mr Mahesh Murthy (Passion Fund), Mr. Chirag Mehta (Icenet), Mr Saurabh Soparkar (Advocate, GHC Faculty) and Mr Harsh Kaul (General Manager, SIDBI-Ahmedabad). It has also organised two editions of “Anveshan” a unique contest, in collaboration with IIMA’s Incubator Cell, to identify and promote innovative ideas from across India.
