This programme is offered in conjunction with![]() Program Description The Global Leaders Program (GLP) brings together two leading business schools from India and the USA in a partnership to offer a world class program with a truly global view to executives leading global organizations or those organizations moving to being global. This senior executive education program will bring together leading faculty from the Indian Institute of Management -Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (Duke) as well as executives from around the world and from diverse organizations to offer a powerful developmental experience. The GLP will not only be taught by these two faculties but will also be taught on their two campuses on different sides of the world thus bringing together both theory and experience to create a deep understanding of how to grow, innovate and lead in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment in an increasingly "flat" world. Programme Objectives
The program is divided into two eight day modules separated by a short intersession. The first module will be held at IIM-A's campus in Ahmedabad, India with the second module being held at Duke's campus in Durham, North Carolina, USA. The short intersession is designed to allow busy executives to be able to return to work without too long an absence. ContentsAs faculties from both institutions share their knowledge and experience on key disciplines of management, program participants will be encouraged to add their own insights and perspectives regarding the real-world challenges they face in their respective global environments. Pedagogy Case discussions, lectures, readings, simulations, and presentations will serve to add depth to the program curriculum as participants seek to understand the cultural and institutional differences that influence global strategies and changing economies. Fee US$19,000 or Rs.9,50,000 payable in advance covers tuition, room, board and study materials.
