DUKE

Program Description

The Global Leaders Program (GLP) brings together two leading business schools from India and the USA in a partnership to offer a world class program with a truly global view to executives leading global organizations or those organizations moving to being global. This senior executive education program will bring together leading faculty from the Indian Institute of Management -Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (Duke) as well as executives from around the world and from diverse organizations to offer a powerful developmental experience. The GLP will not only be taught by these two faculties but will also be taught on their two campuses on different sides of the world thus bringing together both theory and experience to create a deep understanding of how to grow, innovate and lead in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment in an increasingly "flat" world.

Pedagogy

Case discussions, lectures, readings, simulations, and presentations will serve to add depth to the program curriculum as participants seek to understand the cultural and institutional differences that influence global strategies and changing economies.
